The Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® Top-End Engine Kit for Ford 4.6L 2V is a comprehensive package designed to enhance engine performance. This kit includes dyno-proven Twisted Wedge® cylinder heads with 185cc intake runners and 38cc combustion chambers. It also features a hydraulic roller camshaft, timing chains, and intake and head gaskets.

The cylinder heads are constructed from cast aluminum and are CNC-machined in the combustion chamber. The camshaft specifications include a duration at 0.050 inch lift of 228 int./230 exh. and a valve lift of 0.550 int./0.550 exh. with the factory rocker arm ratio.

The Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® Top-End Engine Kit (TFS-K519-390-375) is engineered to maximize the performance of Ford 4.6L 2V Modular V8 engines. This all-in-one solution removes the complexity of designing a custom combination, offering a carefully tuned package for increased horsepower and torque. At the core of this kit are Trick Flow's Twisted Wedge® cylinder heads, featuring cast aluminum construction and CNC-machined combustion chambers. These heads boast 185cc intake runners and 38cc combustion chambers, optimized for a significant power increase. The kit includes a high-performance hydraulic roller camshaft with specifications of 228 int./230 exh. duration at 0.050 inch lift and 0.550 int./0.550 exh. valve lift (with factory rocker arms). Essential components such as matching followers, lash adjusters, timing chains, a valve spring compressor tool, and intake and head gaskets are also provided. The cylinder heads are drilled for accessory bolt holes and feature machined valve guides and seats, along with steam holes for efficient cooling. Important considerations for installation include the mandatory requirement for aftermarket tuning after installation to properly manage the engine's new performance parameters. This kit is compatible with Ford 4.6L 2V Modular V8 engines manufactured between 1992 and 2014.
