The Forgeline CF201 is a two-piece wheel featuring a racing-inspired 5 V-spoke design with I-beam spoke technology. It combines a specially formulated carbon fiber barrel with a weight-optimized CNC-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum center. This construction yields very low static mass and rotational inertia, leading to improvements in acceleration, braking, cornering traction, ride quality, NVH, and fuel economy.

The Forgeline CF201 wheel offers the ultimate in technological advancement, exclusive styling, and unparalleled performance with its racing-inspired 5 V-spoke forged aluminum center design and aggressive I-beam machining details. The distinctive carbon fiber barrel is engineered to be 40% lighter than aluminum equivalents, significantly reducing the wheel’s outer perimeter weight. This results in very low static mass and rotational inertia, which translates to tangible real-world improvements in acceleration, braking, cornering traction, ride quality, noise, vibration, harshness (NVH), and even fuel economy. Utilizing advanced wheel technology, the CF201 leads the industry in fatigue strength, impact/damage resistance, and deflection stiffness. The barrels undergo independent testing by an automotive industry laboratory and are proven to exceed all existing SAE and TUV test specifications. This two-piece wheel is constructed with a weight-optimized CNC-machined forged aluminum center and a specially formulated carbon fiber barrel. Forgeline Carbon+Forged wheels, including the CF201, are designed specifically for modern sport and luxury vehicles. They are intended for street use and are not recommended for track applications. All Forgeline wheels are custom made-to-order in the USA, allowing for precise customization to match your vehicle specifications and intended application, including custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset.
