Two-Piece Disc Big Brake Kit

At the core of the kit is an extremely lightweight, one-piece caliper, CNC-machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. It features a differential bore configuration, machined protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit incorporates a two-piece disc assembly, reducing both rotating and unsprung weight. For applications experiencing extreme heat, a floating disc option is available to prevent warping and cupping of the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor actively reduces braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Each rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. While cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation, these slotted rotors are ideal for vehicles with more track use.
