Description

The Anderson Composites Wide Rear Fender Flares are specifically crafted for the 2017-2020 Ford Raptor, offering a distinct pre-runner/off-road aesthetic. These flares provide an additional two inches of coverage compared to the original equipment (OE) flares, making them ideal for applications utilizing oversize tires. Constructed from VIP carbon fiber, these flares are produced using a meticulous process that involves spraying resin onto a mold, laying carbon fiber fabric, and then vacuum-sealing for optimal fabric-to-resin ratio during curing. After curing, the flares are trimmed and finished with a high-luster gel coat, eliminating the need for an additional clear coat. The result is a durable and lightweight component with a show-ready appearance. Installation may require minor adjustments, and mounting tabs might need modification for optimal fitment, which are considered normal parts of the installation process.
