It is recommended for applications involving medium to high boost levels, higher horsepower, or upgraded turbo engines, as its larger internal surface area significantly enhances cooling efficiency and minimizes heat soak. The core dimensions are 625x141x100mm, providing approximately 1.2 times the volume of the OEM core. This intercooler kit replaces the stock rubber and resin piping between the turbine outlet and the throttle body with a durable aluminum pipe. This upgrade suppresses expansion and deformation, ensuring a more stable flow of air to the engine. The kit includes GReddy silicone hoses, known for their high resistance to heat, pressure, and ozone, ensuring longevity and preventing deterioration. This specific model, CODE: 12010215, includes the GReddy aluminum air tube. An alternative version using the genuine air tube is also available (TRUST CODE: 12010214). Installation is estimated to take approximately 7.0 hours for the version with the air tube and 4.0 hours for the version using the genuine air tube.
