Type-Z Carbon Fiber Fender Extensions

The Anderson Composites AC-FE14CHC7-Z6 Fender Extensions are specifically designed to upgrade the appearance of the 2015-2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z06. These extensions are meticulously crafted from Anderson Composites' VIP carbon fiber material, known for its strength and lightweight properties. The manufacturing process involves spraying resin onto a mold, laying carbon fiber fabric, applying another resin coat, and then vacuum curing the part. This method ensures an excellent fabric-to-resin ratio. Once cured, the extensions are trimmed, and a final gel coat is applied and polished to achieve a high luster finish, eliminating the need for an additional clear coat. Installation requires professional-grade double-sided foam attachment tape, which is not included. Minor adjustments to mounting tabs may be necessary during installation, as is typical for aftermarket body components. These fender extensions replace the original Z06 fender extensions, offering a direct fitment for the specified Corvette models.
