This valance is manufactured using Anderson Composites' VIP process, involving spraying resin, laying carbon fiber fabric, and vacuum sealing for optimal resin-to-fabric ratio. It is then trimmed and finished with a gel coat for a high-luster, protected surface requiring no additional clear coat.

The Anderson Composites Type-Z28 Rear Valance is a premium carbon fiber exterior upgrade specifically crafted for the 2014-2015 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. Constructed using Anderson Composites' VIP carbon fiber manufacturing process, this valance begins with a resin coating in the mold, followed by layers of carbon fiber fabric and another resin application. The assembly is then vacuum-sealed to ensure an exceptional fabric-to-resin ratio. After curing, the part is precisely trimmed and finished with a protective gel coat, resulting in a high-luster surface that does not require a separate clear coat. Installation requires the removal of the rear bumper. Minor adjustments to mounting tabs may be necessary during the installation process to ensure a correct fit, as part of the normal installation procedure.
