The K&N 69-9501TP Typhoon cold-air intake system features a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction system designed to replace the restrictive factory air filter and housing. This system pulls in cooler air and significantly reduces airflow restriction by smoothing and straightening the air path, enabling your engine to ingest a greater volume of denser air. This results in increased usable power and acceleration across the engine's RPM range. The aluminum intake tubes have a polished finish for an attractive appearance. The air filter can last up to 100,000 miles before requiring service, depending on driving conditions, and comes with a DryCharger filter wrap for moisture protection. Installation is straightforward, typically completed within 90 minutes using existing factory mounting points and common tools such as screwdrivers, a ratchet set, and an Allen wrench. The kit includes the air intake system, clamps, and couplers needed for installation. It comes with K&N's No-Hassle Lifetime Limited Warranty.
