Typhoon Cold Air Intake System

The K&N Typhoon air intake system upgrades your engine's breathing by replacing the factory air filter and housing with a high-flow, mandrel-bent aluminum tube. By reducing airflow restriction and smoothing the path to the throttle body, this intake allows the engine to inhale more air, resulting in measurable power gains and improved throttle response throughout the RPM range. The kit includes a high-flow, chrome-topped oiled cotton filter and a heat shield equipped with an ultra-lightweight carbon fiber lid. The oversized, cone-shaped filter is designed for long service intervals, lasting up to 100,000 miles before requiring maintenance, depending on driving conditions. Fitment is specific to 2011-2014 Ford Mustang Base models and the 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302. Please note that this kit holds CARB EO number D-269-48, making it legal for street use.
