Description

The K&N 69-8250TWR Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed to increase horsepower and acceleration, improve throttle response, and enhance engine sound. It replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. The system includes a black rubber-topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield. The intake tube has a textured red powder-coat finish and accommodates the factory mass air sensor, crank case vent hose, and a breather tube. Installation is relatively easy, usually taking 90 minutes or less, and it is backed by K&N's Million Mile Limited Warranty.
