Description

The Barnes 4WD U Bolt is a critical suspension component designed for durability and performance. This specific u-bolt measures 5/8" X 4" X 10" and is engineered for a precise fit with AAM 11.5, Dana 80, or Dana 70 HD axles.

Constructed from stress-relieved, cold-drawn 1541 alloy, it offers Grade 8 strength without excessive hardness. The U-bolt features 5/8"-18 fine rolled threads, paired with hardened hi-nuts and thick washers. This design ensures proper fastener tightness and security during operation.
