The Autopower 31170 O U-Weld Roll Bar Kit is designed for 1970-1979 Datsun Z models. This kit features a full-width roll bar hoop with two rear support braces, a diagonal cross brace, and a shoulder harness bar. It is constructed from 1.75" x .120" DOM mild steel tubing.

The cross brace and harness mount tubes are tacked in place, and the four mounting pads can be welded or bolted to the car. Flat and angled mounting plates are included.

The Autopower 31170 O U-Weld Roll Bar Kit is a DIY-friendly solution for enhancing the chassis rigidity and safety of 1970-1979 Datsun Z vehicles. Constructed from high-strength 1.75" x .120" DOM mild steel tubing, this kit includes a full-width roll bar hoop, two rear support braces, a diagonal cross brace, and a shoulder harness bar. The cross brace and harness mount tubes are pre-tacked for easier assembly, and the four mounting pads offer flexibility for welding or bolting directly to the car's chassis. Included are both flat and angled mounting plates, suitable for most applications. It is ideal for applications such as Solo, Autocross, and Time Trials. Please note that the rear seat must remain stationary after the bar is installed. Due to the custom-built nature of this product, it is made-to-order and may take 15-20 business days to ship. The product is shipped raw, as it requires truck freight and cannot be adequately protected during transit. This is a special-order item and is not returnable; cancellations after ordering from AutoPower incur a 5% fee.
