UCA Upper Control Arms

The ReadyLIFT 67-39640 Upper Control Arms are engineered to provide enhanced strength and travel for lifted GM 1500 RWD/4WD pickups. Constructed from durable DOM tube steel, these arms incorporate a proprietary Heavy-Duty High-Angle Ball Joint that allows for increased suspension travel while maintaining OE-like ride quality on-road. The arms are equipped with ReadyLIFT's TCT (Terrain Control Technology) maintenance-free pivot bushings for quiet and stable performance. Designed for lift heights from 0 to 2-1/2 inches, these control arms also accommodate ReadyLIFT's 6-inch kits. They feature gusseted pivot and ball joint housings for maximum clearance and strength, along with a black powder-coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance. The sealed ball joint assembly and billet O-ring dust cap protect against dirt and debris. The product is sold as a pair and is made in the U.S.A. Installation of these upper control arms requires attention to several critical notes. A vehicle alignment is necessary post-installation, and you may incur additional costs for this service. Headlamp aim adjustment is also required for safety. Furthermore, if your vehicle is equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), these systems must be checked and adjusted for proper aim and function; OEM dealer service tools and factory-trained technicians may be required for recalibration, incurring further costs. Important limitations apply to coilover length. Do not exceed an assembled coilover length of 22.25 inches, or 27.69 inches if using with a 6-inch kit, to prevent binding. ReadyLIFT will not warranty any non-approved kit combinations if binding occurs. It is recommended to have installation performed by a certified mechanic, as ReadyLIFT is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation. The estimated installation time is 3 hours, excluding alignment and wheel/tire assembly.
