UL CLASS RK-5 TIME DELAY

The Eaton Edison ECNR25 is a dual-element, time-delay fuse designed for AC power distribution system mains, feeders, and branch circuits. It is recommended for applications with inductive loads like motors and transformers, or non-inductive loads such as lighting and heating.

These fuses offer a minimum time-delay of 8 seconds at 5 times the fuse rating (for 250V, 30A and less). The time-delay characteristic allows for closer sizing to the running ampacity of inductive loads, reducing costs and improving overcurrent protection by overriding normal equipment surges. They are UL Listed and provide moderate current limitation with an interrupt rating of 200,000 RMS symmetrical amps.
