The BAR-TEK® ULTI Kit is a cylinder head parts upgrade for the VAG 2.0TSI EA888.2 engine. It is designed for high boost pressures and high power output, capable of supporting up to 1000 HP. The kit includes valve springs, valves, stem seals, guides, hydraulic lifters, cam followers, and new rocker arms.

The BAR-TEK® ULTI Kit provides a comprehensive valvetrain upgrade for the VAG 2.0TSI EA888.2 engine, commonly found in models like the Golf Mk6, Audi A3, S3, and TT. This kit is engineered to withstand high boost pressures and extreme power levels, supporting builds up to 1000 HP and beyond. You'll receive valve springs with titanium spring retainers for faster response and higher engine speeds, high-temperature resistant Bar-Tek valves with a special heat-treated material and 3-groove wedges, German-made OEM quality hydraulic lifters and cam followers, and high-temperature resistant valve stem seals specifically for 6mm valves. Valve guides with improved thermal conductivity and a conical shape are also included to enhance cylinder filling and valve/seat life. This ULTI Kit offers a significant cost saving compared to purchasing individual components. It is tested to be stable for boost pressures far above 2 bar, with documented testing up to 3 bar, ensuring reliability under demanding conditions. The included new rocker arms address a common weak point in these engines.
