Ultimate 26 Spline CV Axle Set for Suzuki Samurai (86-95)

RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axle set replaces weak Samurai's axle shafts with a new high-strength 26 spline design. The factory axles were designed with weak 22 splines at the diff, creating a common failure point. This axle set upgrades the 22 splines to a robust 26-spline setup, which is the same spline found at the rear diff. To accommodate the new 26 splines, the front diff side gear must be replaced with a 26 spline rear diff side gear. Tests prove Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM shafts, and they are just as tough at a straight angle as at extreme angles. These axles are low maintenance and operate with a smoothness you can feel, whether off-road or on the street. As of October 2025, the splines are long enough to suit both Wide and Narrow Track models.
