Ultimate Dana 60 Crate Axle Assembly

The Dana Spicer Ultimate Dana 60™ Crate Axle is a robust rear axle assembly designed for the 2018 and newer Jeep Wrangler JL, providing a direct-fit, bolt-in upgrade. Its full-float design ensures superior load-carrying capability by transferring vehicle weight to the axle housing instead of the shaft, making it ideal for demanding off-road conditions and vehicles equipped with larger tires. Constructed with premium materials, this axle boasts Spicer® 35 spline SAE-4340 nickel chromoly steel axle shafts for exceptional strength and durability. The axle tubes measure 3.5 inches in outside diameter with a .390-inch wall thickness for the rear. It includes Spicer® 9.75-inch ring and pinion gearing, manufactured in the USA, and features a heavy-duty 8-inch x 6.5-inch wheel bolt pattern. The differential is housed in a nodular iron cover and equipped with a selectable electronic locking differential and Spicer® 1350 strap-style/half-round end yoke. This Ultimate Dana 60™ axle also incorporates upgraded heavy-duty brakes with a plug-and-play ABS system for enhanced stopping power and seamless integration. Heavy-duty brackets are included for a secure and reliable installation. This rear axle assembly is specifically designed for the 2018-2022 Jeep Wrangler JL with a 4.88 gear ratio and an ARB Air Locker, ensuring optimal performance for off-road adventures.
