Description

The Barnes 4WD Dana 60 Heavy Duty Axle Truss is designed specifically for Dana 60 axles, loosely based on older (pre-superduty) models. It is constructed from high-strength American plate steel with a 1/4" thickness. The truss features an increased footprint to add structural rigidity and help prevent axle bending or warping.

This axle truss was designed using 3D CAD software and manufactured with precision through laser cutting and CNC press brake bending. Some grinding may be required during installation due to variations in castings.
