Ultra Glaco Glass Coating

The Soft99 Ultra Glaco is a technologically advanced glass coating designed to enhance driving safety and comfort by providing long-lasting water repellency. Leveraging Fusso technology, it offers a durability that is up to six times greater than conventional glass coatings. This advanced formula ensures water beads off effectively, reducing the need for windscreen wipers and maintaining excellent visibility, even in challenging driving conditions. Ultra Glaco's unique Fusso Technology, based on fluoropolymers, provides an impressive durability of up to 12 months. It is resistant to wipers, dust, oil, car washes, and detergents. This coating not only improves visibility in the rain at speeds as low as 28-37 mph (45-60 km/h) but also contributes to easier vehicle maintenance year-round. In warmer months, it helps repel insect residues, while in winter, it reduces frost and ice build-up. For optimal results, it is recommended to prepare the glass surface thoroughly before application. Deep cleaning with products like Glaco Glass Compound Roll On or Glass Compound Z is essential for the best bonding. The application process involves removing the cap, pressing the felt applicator onto clean, dry glass, and gently squeezing to dispense the liquid. The liquid is then firmly rubbed into the glass with the applicator to ensure complete coverage. After allowing it to dry for 5-10 minutes, any residue should be wiped off with a damp towel. For maximum effect and durability, the treated glass should be kept dry for 12 hours post-application. Precautions for use include applying only to the intended purpose, being mindful of potential temporary clouding when temperature or humidity changes (in which case wipers should be used immediately), and replacing wiper rubber if rattling occurs. It should not be used on the inside of the glass, on transparent plastic surfaces like headlights or visors, or on glass/mirrors that are already coated. Proper hand washing after use is advised. If repellency decreases, reapplication is recommended, and it should not be used with oil-film remover washer fluids. Use only water or designated hydrophobic washers like Glaco Washer (sold separately).
