Each rod in the set of eight is precision-crafted from exceptionally clean Timken steel, formulated to Callies' exact specifications. This commitment to material quality and meticulous manufacturing ensures dependable performance and outstanding workmanship for demanding applications. Constructed with an H-beam design for optimal strength-to-weight ratio, these connecting rods are forged from 4340 steel. They feature a 6.460-inch rod length, a 2.100-inch rod journal size, and a .927-inch piston pin size. These specifications make them suitable for high-output racing environments. A note for installers: Blocks equipped with piston oil squirters may require minor clearancing on the connecting rods to ensure proper fitment.
