Ultra Series 2.0 Hi/Lo LED Bulb

The GTR Lighting Ultra Series 2.0 represents a significant advancement in LED bulb technology, building on nearly a decade of design refinement and user feedback. At its core, the Ultra 2.0 employs advanced Elec-Tech NLW7535CV3 automotive-grade multi-core LED chips. These chips deliver ultra-bright light with an ultra-focused beam pattern, boasting higher lumen density than older CREE and Philips options. The precise positioning of the LEDs, combined with full rotational adjustability of the collars, ensures an optimized beam pattern that maximizes visibility for the driver while minimizing glare for oncoming traffic. Reliability is a key focus for the Ultra 2.0. It features an advanced heat-sink design that effectively keeps the bulb body below 80°C, crucial for maintaining LED lifespan. This passive cooling is augmented by a bearing-less fan for active heat dissipation. The LED drivers are fully potted within rugged die-cast housings, ensuring all components remain dry and protected. Despite its high output, the Ultra 2.0 maintains a small footprint, balancing maximized performance with compact geometry for broad application fitment. It produces 3,900 raw lumens and 3,350 effective lumens, offering up to 10x more usable light than some other LED bulb options. The bulbs are designed for the 9007 and 9004 base fitments. It is important to note that while these bulbs offer enhanced lighting performance, they are street legal in the USA for fog light use only and are not compliant with DOT/FMVSS108 for headlight use. They are suitable for off-road use in snowmobile and ATV headlights, and for off-road racing. PWM modules are recommended for use with this product.
