Ultra Series Lower Control Arm

The Skunk2 Racing Ultra Series Lower Control Arms are engineered for the 1996-2000 Honda Civic, offering a direct replacement solution that maintains OEM suspension geometry. These arms are constructed from 7075-T6 forged aluminum, providing a 19% weight reduction and 27% increase in strength compared to previous generations. This material choice ensures exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue resistance for aggressive driving conditions. Skunk2 utilizes a combination of high-load steel spherical bearings on the trailing arm side and tuned durometer elastomeric bushings on the subframe side to maintain accurate suspension geometry. Delrin bushings are employed at the shock mounting position for low friction and minimal deflection, contributing to superior dynamic shock control. This setup offers both comfort and control for various driving scenarios. For enhanced track performance, the subframe side elastomeric bushings can be optionally replaced with high-load steel spherical bushings, a modification that can be performed quickly with basic tools. This product is specifically designed to fit the 1996-2000 Honda Civic models, including CX, DX, EX, GX (1998-2000), HX, LX, Si (1999-2000), and Value Package (1999).
