UMI Performance 70-81 GM F-Body Front A-arm Kit Delrin Bushings Tall Ball Joints

The UMI Performance 265253-1-B is a front A-Arm kit designed to significantly upgrade the front suspension of various classic GM vehicles. This kit replaces the upper and lower control arms with tubular, USA-made DOM steel units, featuring UMI-built Delrin bushings for precise steering response and reduced deflection. Key performance enhancements include a re-engineered geometry that increases positive caster (5-7 degrees) and improves camber gain, leading to better steering feel, high-speed stability, and enhanced cornering traction. The kit incorporates a 1/2" taller upper ball joint and offset chromoly cross shafts to minimize shim requirements during alignment. Its heavy-duty lower spring bucket is versatile, accommodating factory, aftermarket, and hybrid coilover spring setups (e.g., Viking, QA1). Laser-cut reinforcement plates provide additional strength and a polished appearance.
