The UMI Performance A224-450R front coilover kit is designed to enhance the handling and ride quality of compatible vehicles. This kit features double-adjustable Viking Crusader coilovers, allowing for independent adjustment of compression and rebound damping (19 positions each) to fine-tune the suspension for various driving conditions, from street to track. The coilovers come with a 450 lb/in spring rate, suitable for aggressive street driving and drag racing. The kit includes UMI's coilover mounts, which are designed to improve performance by moving the shock mounting point for a more favorable motion ratio. These mounts also integrate a spherical bearing for reduced deflection and improved steering response. The setup provides a significant ride height adjustment range, typically lowering the vehicle by 0 to 2 inches from stock.
