This modification allows the engine to rev much quicker, sharpens throttle response, and frees up lost horsepower. The kit represents a significant reduction in rotating mass, trading the heavy factory crank pulley for a much lighter NEUSPEED unit. Constructed from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum, this pulley is CNC-machined and hard-anodized for exceptional durability and wear resistance. It features a 20% under-drive optimization, precision-calculated to maximize power recovery without negatively impacting the operation of your alternator or A/C systems. An exclusive stainless steel ring insert is integrated to prevent pulley snout wear against the engine's main oil seal, ensuring long-term reliability. This kit includes a new under-drive crankshaft pulley, a replacement crankshaft bolt, and a properly sized ribbed serpentine belt, shipping ready for installation. For proper installation, factory specialized tools are required, and professional installation is highly recommended to ensure the crankshaft bolt is torqued to exact factory specifications.
