The Verus Engineering Transmission Tunnel Cover is engineered to optimize the underbody aerodynamics of your Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, or Toyota GT86. By covering a turbulent point around the transmission, this cover helps reduce drag, which can lead to an increase in fuel economy and potentially lower lap times. It also contributes to cleaner airflow towards your vehicle's diffuser, enhancing its efficiency and potentially increasing downforce if the vehicle has rake. Crafted from durable 5052 aluminum, this tunnel cover features a CNC laser-cut design for precision and a powdercoated black finish for longevity. The construction utilizes stainless and nylon hardware throughout, ensuring robust performance. Verus Engineering utilized OEM CAD data during the design process, resulting in a product that offers a near OEM fit and finish. The kit includes the front and rear transmission tunnel covers, along with a hardware kit containing all necessary pieces for a straightforward, non-invasive bolt-on installation. Rivet nuts and a rivet nut installer are also included. The modular design accommodates varying resonators, exhausts, and applications. Verus Engineering is committed to supporting the installation process with detailed manuals and videos. This transmission tunnel cover is specifically designed for the 2013-2021 Subaru BRZ, 2017-2021 Toyota 86, and 2013-2016 Scion FR-S models.
