This NV3500 Manual Transmission is rebuilt by Zumbrota Drivetrain to high-quality standards. It undergoes a 3-step inspection process, including a pre-inspection for case cracks and wear, component measurement to OEM specifications, and a final post-build inspection to ensure strict quality standards. All internal parts are 100% inspected, including gear wear, mainshaft straightness, and synchronizer testing. Each unit is dynometer tested for operation, shiftability, and noise level. Seals are replaced, and a hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning are performed on internal and external parts.
