UniFLEX Flex Fuel Integration Kit for 2.0TSI EVO4

The Unitronic UniFLEX Hardware Kit is engineered to simplify flex fuel integration for 2.0TSI EVO4 and 8Y RS3 vehicles. This comprehensive kit features Unitronic's proprietary UniFLEX ethanol device and a genuine Continental ethanol content sensor, complete with all required fittings and harnesses for a true plug-and-play installation. The system facilitates CAN integration of ethanol content data directly to the ECM, eliminating the need for cutting, splicing, or ECM re-pinning. Connectivity is enhanced through Bluetooth®, enabling wireless communication with the Unitronic UniE85 Manager App, available for both iOS and Android mobile devices. This app provides real-time insights into ethanol content and fuel temperature, along with customizable sensor calibration offsets and CAN integration settings. Users can also utilize the E85 mix calculator within the app to achieve desired fuel blends. Over-the-air (OTA) updates ensure the system remains current. It is strongly recommended to use the UniFLEX Bracket (sold separately) for the optimal user experience. Please note that Unitronic FLEX Enabled ECU Software is a mandatory requirement for this hardware kit and is not included. This software is available in various stages (Stage 1, 1+, 2, and Stage 3 for Garrett PowerMax Turbo) and may incur additional fees. Contact Unitronic or an authorized dealer for software details.
