Unitronic Performance Turbocharger Assembly for 4.0TFSI

The Unitronic UH030-BTA is a performance turbocharger assembly, also known as the TTE1020 Hybrid Turbocharger Upgrade, engineered for the 4.0TFSI EA825 engine found in the C8 Audi RS6 and RS7. This high-performance unit is capable of supporting up to 936 HP and 830 LB-FT of torque when paired with Unitronic Stage 3 ECU and TCU Performance Software, along with other supporting Unitronic hardware upgrades. The TTE1020 features remanufactured genuine BorgWarner turbochargers as its base. It incorporates TTE's upgrades, including larger billet milled 6+6 blade compressors and 9-blade exhaust turbines, with the necessary milling of the exhaust housing to accommodate the increased power capacity. The compressor geometry is CNC-milled using a 5-axis process, and the inlet size is 60mm. Each turbocharger undergoes precise balancing to meet TTE's balance standards, with initial balancing of individual parts up to 2800 RPM and dynamic balancing of assembled core assemblies up to 250,000 RPM. This performance turbocharger assembly is made in Germany and includes genuine actuators and diverters. The product comes as a new pair of TTE1020 turbochargers with standard heat shielding. To achieve its full potential, this upgrade requires specific software and hardware, including Unitronic Stage 3 ECU and TCU Performance Software, a 4 Bar TMAP Sensor Upgrade Kit, a 60mm Adapter Ring Set for turbo inlets, carbon fiber intake and turbo inlets, a CSF Intercooler Upgrade, and Unitronic Performance Downpipes. Installation may require additional OEM parts, such as a breather with specific lug fixings (PN: OP2 103 211F or OP2 103 211D) and an extra fixing screw (PN: OP2 103 448).
