Unitronic Performance Turbocharger Assembly for 4.0TFSI

The Unitronic UH030-BTA is a performance turbocharger assembly designed for the Audi RS6 and RS7 models with the 4.0TFSI EA825 engine. This upgrade features a genuine BorgWarner base part, a CNC-milled 5-axis compressor with a 60mm inlet, and TTE billet milled 6+6 blade compressors. It also includes TTE 9-blade larger turbines for increased power capacity.

Precision balancing is a critical aspect of these turbochargers, meeting TTE's stringent standards. Components are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800 RPM and then dynamically balanced at up to 250,000 RPM. Each unit comes with a serial-numbered balance test result document. This assembly is made in Germany.
