Universal Fuel Pressure Regulator

The Radium Engineering 20-0010-00 is a universal fuel pressure regulator (FPR) designed around common OEM Bosch regulator inserts, often found in applications such as Audi 1.8L Turbo, Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo, Ford Territory Turbo, FPV F6 Typhoon Turbo, and Volkswagen 1.8L Turbo. This specific model incorporates a genuine Bosch 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) static regulator top. It operates with a 1:1 vacuum reference ratio and is not adjustable. The FPR housing is constructed from billet 6061 aluminum, providing a durable and compact solution for fuel system plumbing and mounting. The regulator top is secured by a stainless steel snap ring for easy removal. Plumbing connections include two main high-pressure ports threaded for 6AN ORB, an integrated 6AN male return port, and a 1/8 NPT female port suitable for pressure gauges or transducers. The housing is laser etched and anodized for a premium finish. This unit is rated to 3 bar (43.5 psi) at a fuel pump flow rate of 255 lph, tested with a Walbro 255lph pump. Higher flow pumps may result in higher minimum pressure ratings. The included components consist of the billet 6061 aluminum housing, 6AN male adapter fitting, 6AN ORB plug fitting, 1/8-27 NPT port plug, integrated -6AN male return port, stainless steel mounting hardware, stainless steel snap retaining ring, and an anodized aluminum mounting bracket.
