Wing style universal joint LWT. 9C series. Fits 8.250 pilot diameter. 2.812 cl bolt holes. (4) bearing caps are LWT - Low wing THREADED. Bolts are included. Grease fitting in u-joint cross. Bearing cups are made from formed bar stock or precision forgings. Bearing surfaces are case hardened to a uniform depth for strength and durability. Mounting key and bolt holes are machined for a precise fit to mating parts. Needle bearings are made from the highest quality bearing steel and are sized for maximum life and load carrying capabilities. Seals are made of nitrile rubber or cork for optimal grease retention and contaminant exclusion. Lubrication channels and grooves are provided to allow positive greasing of each bearing cup for extended joint life. Trunnions are put through a deep carburization process and ground to precision tolerances to insure maximum life expectancy and smooth running surfaces. Journal trunnion ends are ground to length to insure proper fit of mating parts.
