Universal Oil Cooler Kit

The ACS-Twin-Cool system from RX-8 Performance is a versatile auxiliary cooling solution designed to meet diverse application needs. It can be configured to cool various components, including the engine, automatic or manual transmissions, differentials, supercharger oiling systems, or liquid-to-air intercoolers. The system also offers the flexibility to operate in sequential or parallel flow patterns for enhanced cooling of a single component. This kit replaces the center section of the factory undertray with a custom aluminum vented section. This upgrade not only increases the undertray's rigidity at high speeds but also acts as a heat sink to further reduce fluid temperatures. It comes equipped with two pre-wired, plug-and-play electric fans that ensure continuous airflow across the auxiliary coolers, even when the vehicle is stationary or in slow traffic. A significant benefit is that the ACS-Twin-Cool system does not impede the airflow to the primary radiator. For added protection, the kit includes stainless steel mesh screens to shield the coolers from debris. The total weight of the system is only 11.2 lbs. Installation is straightforward and can typically be completed within approximately two hours using basic hand tools. The kit includes an aluminum undertray, two auxiliary aluminum coolers, pre-wired cooling fans, stainless steel debris shields, all necessary hoses, stainless steel hose clamps, and stainless Nyloc fasteners. Please note that this kit does not include the factory plastic undertray sides, which are available separately. Optional thermostats can also be ordered by contacting RX-8 Performance directly.
