The Pusher Compound Turbo System is engineered for peak performance, capable of withstanding environments from daily drivers to over 1000hp race setups. It aims to deliver usable power gains and real fuel mileage improvements, with reductions in EGTs over 200F commonly observed. The system boasts industry-first features, including a high-performance sealed AGM battery with a CNC press-broke aluminum battery tray and a TIG-welded low-pressure AC line for optimal atmospheric turbo placement. Construction highlights include CNC-machined and laser-cut flanges, fully TIG-welded components for optimal airflow and penetration, and a design that allows for easy access and installation. The intermediate exhaust pipe is standard-coated with 2000F capable Cerakote and hydroformed for smooth transitions and ample clearance. Installation is designed to be straightforward, requiring no welding or major modifications, with an average install time of 4-8 hours. The kit includes a 5" Cold Air Intake with a Pusher 50 CAL Air Filter and prefilter. It also features heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplers and full stainless t-bolt clamps at all boosted connections, and an extreme-duty turbo mount. This system is not compatible with the factory emission system and is intended for off-road use only. Custom tuning is required to reach its full potential. This compound turbo system is specifically designed for 2017-2019 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty models equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. Dual alternator and Platinum trucks may require an extension for the passenger side positive battery cable.
