The Hertz X 165 Uno Series is a 6.5-inch two-way coaxial speaker pair engineered for car audio installations. The water-repellent pressed-paper cone and foam surround work together to produce a high Sound Pressure Level (SPL) and deep bass response, providing rich audio quality even when powered by a factory head unit. At the core of the X 165's sound reproduction is a pure copper 25mm (1-inch) woofer voice coil, driven by a high-density flux ferrite magnet. This setup allows for highly dynamic power handling, resulting in a powerful and undistorted sound output. The speaker's construction includes a Neodymium tweeter with a PEI dome for brilliant high-frequency reproduction and compactness. The easy-to-install DIN size basket is protected by abrasion-resistant dust paint, simplifying the replacement of factory speakers. Key specifications include a continuous power handling of 55 watts RMS and a peak power handling of 220 watts. The impedance is rated at 4 ohms, and the frequency response ranges from 60 Hz to 21 kHz, with a sensitivity of 93.5 dB SPL. The woofer measures 165mm (6.5 inches), and the tweeter measures 24mm (0.9 inches).
