The Action Clutch Ironman Sprung (Street) kit is engineered for dedicated high-powered race vehicles, delivering durability and reliable performance. It features American Sintered Iron friction material with a dual clamp load heavy-duty pressure plate, ensuring maximum torque holding capacity (estimated 645 ft-lbs). The clutch engagement is aggressive with an on/off feel, without introducing clutch chatter. Some light engagement noise and gear rattle may be experienced. This kit is not intended for daily use and should only be used in race applications. Action Clutch prioritizes safety with patented fully enclosed spring retainers. Each kit is quality-checked by experienced engineers. Break-in requirements are 500 street miles, keeping RPMs under 4500, no more than half-throttle, and no boost (if applicable). Proper break-in is required to retain product warranty.
