This offer is specifically for individuals currently using a 3rd-party interface that is not eligible for other Ross-Tech trade-in programs, or for users who want to retain their old interface while transferring their license to a new dongle-style unit. The program discounts the purchase of a new dongle interface of your choice and transfers your VCDS-Lite (VAG-COM) license to it. Upon ordering this upgrade, your VCDS-Lite (VAG-COM) license will be transferred to the new dongle interface you receive, and you will no longer utilize PC-based activations. The available upgrade options include the HEX-V2 Enthusiast (limited to 3 or 10 VINs), the HEX-NET Enthusiast (limited to 10 VINs), and the HEX-NET Pro (unlimited VINs), with prices ranging from $149.00 to $549.00. This upgrade program is not applicable to owners of Ross-Tech KEY/KII, MicroCAN, or HEX series interfaces; these users must utilize the dedicated "trade-in" upgrade programs. Ross-Tech will verify customer records to ensure eligibility for the selected upgrade program.
