UPGRADE Fuel Injector Set

The Bosch III UPGRADE Fuel Injectors are a set of four professionally remanufactured 4-hole injectors designed to directly replace the original stock 53007232 injectors in specific Jeep models. These upgraded injectors offer improved fuel atomization, leading to smoother engine performance, enhanced efficiency, and more consistent operation. Each injector undergoes a comprehensive remanufacturing process, including electrical testing, disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, backflushing, leak testing, spray pattern analysis, and flow rate testing. They are flow-matched to within 3% or better, exceeding the typical factory standard of approximately 5%, to ensure optimal cylinder balance. The injectors are rebuilt with new internal components such as filters, O-rings, and seals. These injectors are compatible with the 1991-1995 Jeep Cherokee 2.5L I4, 1991-1992 Jeep Comanche 2.5L I4, and 1991-1995 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L I4. To ensure long-term performance, it is recommended to replace the fuel filter and confirm the fuel system is clean prior to installation, as contamination is a common cause of injector issues.
