Upgraded CV Joint Axle

The GForce Outlaw Axles COR10105A are a direct replacement for factory half-shafts, engineered for vehicles making significant power or subjecting their drivelines to serious demands. These axles are built with an upgraded premium CV joint, maintaining a 108mm design but featuring enhanced billet machined internals crafted from an upgraded alloy. Each CV undergoes an isotropic surface finish, resulting in a mirror-like polish that promotes smoother CV joint operation, dramatically reducing heat buildup and premature wear while improving grease migration. The Outlaw axles boast the largest diameter axle bars available, featuring a unique 31-spline axle bar and CV on the market, coupled with an exceptionally durable CV joint. Constructed from proprietary aerospace billet alloy, these axles provide enhanced spline engagement and allow for larger diameter axle bars, equating to unparalleled strength. The billet-machined 31-spline CV joints offer increased travel and a greater operating angle compared to OEM CV joints. Furthermore, the axles incorporate 1-piece CNC-machined billet steel inner and outer stubs, representing the strongest stub design available. Each component is meticulously designed, machined, and assembled by GForce in their Kansas facility. The product features Anti-Wheel Hop Technology and a Direct Bolt-In Fit and Finish. They are equipped with 31-Spline Severe-Duty OUTLAW CV’s and premium CV fasteners. The construction includes Aircraft Grade Certified Alloys, CNC-Machining, and protective coatings like powder coating on the axles and a black e-coat finish on the stubs. Important considerations for Corvette applications: GForce axle shafts are manufactured based on OEM suspension. Aftermarket shocks, control arms, or other modifications may present clearance issues. If CV boot clearance is an issue, low-profile boots are available as an upgrade, though they reduce the available axle angle and are not ideal for lowered or high axle angle vehicles. GForce backs all Outlaw Axles with a limited lifetime warranty on stubs and axle bars manufactured by GForce. CV’s and CV boots are considered wear items with a limited 1-year warranty.
