The intercooler core utilizes a Bar & Plate design and offers 30% more cooling volume over the factory core. It is constructed with heavy-duty 5-ply silicone hoses incorporating Kevtek technology, capable of withstanding high pressures and temperatures.

The Eurocompulsion Upgraded Inter-Cooler Kit is a performance-focused component for the Alfa Romeo 4C, engineered to significantly enhance engine cooling and airflow. It offers a substantial 30% increase in cooling volume compared to the stock intercooler. The included heavy-duty 5-ply silicone hoses are manufactured with proprietary Kevtek molding, providing exceptional durability and resistance to pressures exceeding 85+ PSI and temperatures above 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The primary objective of this intercooler upgrade is to reduce intake air temperatures, minimize pressure drop within the system, and optimize airflow and velocity from the turbocharger directly to the intake manifold. This directly contributes to improved engine performance, especially in tuned or modified vehicles. The kit is a direct, plug-and-play installation, making it a straightforward yet vital upgrade for any Alfa Romeo 4C. Each core unit is handcrafted in the USA, utilizing a Genuine Garrett Inter-Cooler Core.
