The stainless steel is high quality 304 alloy which is used for all the polished frames, wire mesh, and mounting brackets. Other components such as cosmetic trims are manufactured from 5052 aluminum and 304 stainless steel, depending on the application. With multiple styles and finishes available, including black powder-coat, polished stainless, and chrome you can choose the one that best suits the look you are going for. Depending on the vehicle, the grille may come as a grille insert, overlay, or complete replacement. Grille inserts do not include the factory grille assembly (shell) and require cutting and/or drilling. Grille overlays will bolt on top of the factory grille. Complete replacement grilles will completely replace the factory grille assembly. The grilles come with step-by-step instructions and all required hardware.

First, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat. This primer seals the entire surface of the grille. Once the epoxy primer base coat is applied, the color topcoat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.
