Upper Control Arm Ball Joint

The Fabtech FTS1599-6-1 ball joint is specifically designed for use with Fabtech Upper Control Arm kits. It bolts directly into the Fabtech Upper Control Arm and features the same taper as a stock ball joint, facilitating integration. This component is essential for maintaining the proper function and alignment of your vehicle's front suspension when using a Fabtech lift system. This ball joint is compatible with a wide range of Chevrolet and GMC trucks and SUVs, commonly found on 1999 through 2016 model years. Specific compatible models include the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Tahoe, Suburban 1500, and Avalanche 1500, as well as GMC Sierra 1500, Yukon, and Yukon XL 1500. It is important to note that this ball joint does NOT fit 2014 and newer models equipped with Aluminum or Stamped Steel suspension. Furthermore, this ball joint will ONLY work with the Fabtech Upper Control Arm Kit. It will NOT work with the factory GM upper control arm and is not compatible with most aftermarket upper control arms. An exception is the CST 4" Lift Spindle, which may work if the CST taper shim is installed.
