Upper Control Arm Kit

The Total Chaos Fabrication #97500 Upper Control Arm (UCA) Kit is engineered for 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra and 2000-2006 Toyota Sequoia vehicles. This kit addresses issues arising from increased lift heights where factory upper ball joints are forced to operate at extreme angles. Total Chaos has developed an adapter that facilitates the use of a 1-inch Uniball with the factory steering knuckle taper, enabling a direct bolt-on Uniball conversion. This eliminates the need for custom machining and provides a straightforward method to replace worn upper ball joints. Constructed from 4130 Chromoly tubing, these A-arms are finished with a durable powder coat and clear coat. The kit features custom urethane upper bushings and inner sleeves, along with Zerk fittings on the pivot tubes to help prevent squeaks. It also includes 1-inch Teflon-lined, race-grade Uniballs, heat-treated hi-misalignment spacers, a custom top spacer, and zinc-plated end washers and slug adapters for added strength. Grade 8 hardware is included, and no drilling is necessary for installation. This product is proudly made in the USA. It is important to note that these control arms do not provide lift on their own; lift height depends on the vehicle's specific setup. For 4WD Tundra and Sequoia vehicles, Total Chaos recommends installing the optional 1-inch Diff Drop Down Bracket Kit to maintain proper alignment when this UCA kit is installed.
