Upper Control Arm Kit

The Total Chaos Fabrication Upper Control Arm (UCA) Kit #96504 provides a robust solution for lifted Toyota vehicles experiencing issues with worn or broken factory upper ball joints. When aftermarket shocks or lift spacers increase suspension angles beyond the original design, the factory ball joint is stressed. This kit directly addresses that by allowing for a bolt-on Uni-Ball conversion using an adapter that fits the factory steering knuckle taper, eliminating the need for custom machining. Constructed from 4130 Chromoly tubing, these upper control arms are built for durability and longevity. They feature 1" Teflon-lined, race-grade Uni-ball pivots and urethane upper bushings with metal inner sleeves. The pivot tubes include Zerk fittings to help prevent squeaks, and the kit comes with heat-treated hi-misalignment spacers, custom top spacers, and zinc-plated end washers and slug adapters for added strength. The arms are powder coated and clear coated for protection, and all hardware is Grade 8. Installation requires no drilling. It is important to note that these Total Chaos Fab Upper Control Arms do not provide lift on their own; additional lift components must be purchased and installed separately. This kit is designed for 2005 - 2023 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner and 4x4 pickup trucks, 2007 - 2017 and newer Toyota FJ Cruiser, and 2003 - 2024 Toyota 4-Runner models.
