Upper Control Arm Kit

The Total Chaos Fabrication Upper Control Arm (UCA) Kit, part number 96504, is engineered as a direct replacement for worn or broken factory upper ball joints on various Toyota and Lexus models. This kit is particularly beneficial when aftermarket shocks or lift spacers are installed, as they can force the factory upper ball joint to operate at extreme angles. Total Chaos provides an adapter that facilitates the use of a 1" Uni-Ball with the factory steering knuckle taper, enabling a bolt-on conversion without custom machining. Constructed from robust 4130 Chromoly tubing, these UCAs are built for durability and longevity. They feature 1" Teflon-lined, race-grade Uni-balls for enhanced performance and longevity compared to lesser brands. The kit includes urethane bushings with Zerk fittings to help prevent squeaks, heat-treated hi-misalignment spacers, and custom top spacers. The components are finished with a powder coat and clear coat for protection and aesthetics. The kit includes Grade 8 hardware and is proudly made in the USA. This Upper Control Arm kit is designed for 2005 - 2023 Toyota Tacoma (PreRunner and 4x4), 2007 - 2017+ Toyota FJ Cruiser, and 2003 - 2024 Toyota 4-Runner models. It is also compatible with 2003+ Lexus GX470 and GX460 vehicles. It is designed to maintain factory alignment specifications on vehicles with 1.5"-3" lifts. Please note that these control arms do not provide lift on their own; additional lift components are required to achieve increased ride height.
