The BDS Suspension Upper Control Arm Kit is designed to upgrade the stock OE upper control arms on your 2006-2026 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD. These arms are built from high-strength 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall steel tubing and feature an indexed ball joint cup to correct positioning.

The BDS Suspension Upper Control Arm Kit is engineered to enhance the performance of your 2006-2026 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD, particularly for leveled and lifted applications. Constructed from robust 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall steel tubing, these arms increase strength and durability over stock components. These UCAs are compatible with BDS 2- to 3-inch lift kits, as well as other lift and leveling kits. The frame mounting ends are equipped with durometer-specific rubber bushings and premium, greaseable ball joints that include a protective cap to keep out debris. This design ensures smooth, quiet operation and superior durability, offering an advantage over systems using uniballs, poly bushings, or heims. The kit comes fully assembled for a ready-to-install solution. It is important to note that this kit includes only the upper control arms, intended to address ball joint range of motion issues common in lifted Ram 1500 trucks. These control arms will not work with stock rims if a 12.50" wide tire is installed, as the tire will rub the UCA at full steering lock. If using stock rims, they must be fitted with stock-sized tires only.
