Upper Control Arms

The BDS Suspension BDS123262 upper control arms are engineered to enhance wheel travel and performance for 2021-2025 Ford F-150 models equipped with a headlight sensor. These UCAs are specifically designed for leveled and lifted applications, featuring robust construction from high-strength 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall steel tubing. An indexed ball joint cup is incorporated to precisely correct ball joint positioning, crucial for maintaining proper geometry. These performance upper control arms are compatible with BDS lift kits as well as other lift and leveling kits available on the market. This design choice offers a durability advantage over systems that employ uniballs, poly bushings, or heims. Installation is straightforward, with an estimated time of 2-3 hours. The kit includes all necessary rubber bushings and grease fittings for maintenance. These control arms offer a lift height of 2-3 inches and can be utilized at stock height (0 inches) and up to 4 inches of lift, though they will add additional caster beyond stock alignment specifications. BDS123262 is designed to place the sensor back into its factory location, ensuring no relocation is needed for installed lifts. Important fitment notes: This kit will NOT work with trucks that have CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping). It also Will NOT work with Tremor models. However, it WILL work with Diesel models.
