The SuspensionMAXX Extreme Duty sway bar links are engineered as a heavy-duty upgrade for lifted 2003-2005 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks with approximately 4 inches of lift. The Extreme Duty links utilize a 33% larger and 50% stronger configuration compared to SuspensionMAXX's original Maxx Link patented design. They feature a long-lasting, simple, and robust design that replaces the stock ball socket, which is prone to rust and deterioration. Instead, these links use thermoplastic/urethane bushings that offer superior performance and longevity over original equipment rubber designs. The construction includes 4140 alloy steel eyelets, drawn-over-mandrel steel tubing, and grade 8 bolts for exceptional durability. The eyelets are electroplated with yellow zinc dichromate for corrosion resistance. These sway bar links measure 8.0 inches from center to center and are sold in pairs. They are designed as a direct replacement for OE sway bar end links, requiring no drilling for installation. The installation process is estimated to take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. They are 100% American-made and covered by the MAXXLinks Limited Warranty. Specifically, these links are for 2003-2005 Ram 4x4 2500/3500 models, including the Mega Cab, that have been lifted 4 inches or more. They directly replace Dodge part number 68001734AB.
