Description

The Spelab Upper Coolant Tube is a direct replacement for the stock plastic and rubber upper radiator hose on 2011-2023 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Super Duty trucks (F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550). Constructed from durable 6061-T6 aluminum with mandrel-bent tubing and heavy-duty multi-ply silicone couplers, this upgrade is designed to resist heat, pressure, and aging, offering improved cooling reliability under demanding conditions. The system features CNC-machined thermostat housing and radiator adapters for a leak-free connection and a powder-coated finish available in multiple colors for a premium look. Installation is a direct bolt-on process, requiring no cutting or fabrication. The kit includes the aluminum upper coolant tube, thermostat adapter, radiator inlet adapter, two silicone couplers, and four stainless steel T-bolt clamps. A critical note for installation: Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks from 2017 and later may be equipped with either dual or single radiators. This specific product is ONLY compatible with trucks featuring a SINGLE radiator configuration. Selecting the incorrect version will result in improper fitment. Ensure your vehicle's radiator setup before ordering to avoid fitment issues.
