Overview

The STM Upper Intercooler Pipe Kit is designed to replace the factory pipe from the turbo to the intercooler on the 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. It features tig welded, 2.5-inch aluminum piping, which is larger than the restrictive 1.75-inch factory pipe, allowing for increased airflow. This kit is made in the USA and comes with STM silicone couplers and stainless T-Bolt clamps.

The STM 2.5" Aluminum Upper Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered for the 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, directly replacing the stock pipe connecting the turbo to the intercooler. Constructed from lightweight, 2.5-inch aluminum tubing with bead-rolled pipe ends, this kit is designed to eliminate the restrictive nature of the factory 1.75-inch pipe. This upgrade facilitates improved airflow, contributing to enhanced performance and a more stylized engine bay appearance. The kit includes two STM 2.5" aluminum pipes, five 2.5" T-Bolt clamps, one 1.75" T-Bolt clamp, and three STM silicone couplers (one 2.5" x 4" straight, one 2.5" hump, and one 2.5" to 1.75" reducer). The piping is available in multiple finishes, including Brushed Aluminum, Polished Aluminum, Gloss Black Powdercoat, and Wrinkle Black. This product is proudly made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty on STM Parts to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects. It is compatible with all 5-Speed GSR and MR models and can be used with the factory radiator shroud.
