Upper Radiator Hose Coolant Overflow Tank

The K-Tuned Complete Coolant Swirl Pot Kit, designed in collaboration with Unit2 Fabrication, is engineered to continuously separate air and steam from your engine's coolant. By installing this unit inline with your upper radiator hose, it receives hot coolant and allows it to swirl within the 1-liter capacity tank. This process helps eliminate trapped air, which can contribute to higher coolant temperatures, especially during demanding track conditions. The swirl pot features a double o-ring sealed design with adjustable housing, allowing for flexible orientation of the inlet and outlet ports to suit various setups. It also accepts a Type B radiator cap and includes 1/8th NPT breather ports, with plugs provided for convenience. For K-Series engines, K-Tuned offers specific packages that include an upper coolant housing, custom fitting, and hose to connect the cylinder head to the swirl pot, along with brackets for mounting to the transmission. Users will need to run a hose from the swirl pot's bottom outlet to the top of the radiator and cap off the original radiator overflow port to prevent air ingress.
